  1. Booking and Payment

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other providers
  • Personal injury, illness, death, or property damage during travel
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism)

9.2 Your Liability
You are responsible for:

  • Your behavior and compliance with local laws
  • Damage to property caused by you
  • Any costs arising from your breach of these Terms

9.3 Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services, except where prohibited by law.

11.1 Complaints During Travel
If you encounter issues during your trip, report them immediately to our local representative or contact us at travel@emozioni.be so we can attempt to resolve them.

11.2 Complaints After Travel

11.3 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be governed by Belgian law. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
